Privacy.

This is the plain-English version. There's no legal trick under it. If something here is unclear, email hello@archuleta31.com and I'll answer it.

What I collect

Two things, both you give me on purpose:

· Your email address when you sign up for the Movement Audit.
· One role tag (athlete, parent, coach, etc.) so I can send relevant follow-ups.

I don't run analytics that fingerprint you. I don't track you across the web. No cookies beyond what's strictly needed to make the page work.

What I do with it

I email you. That's it.

· The Movement Audit (immediate).
· A short follow-up sequence (under five emails).
· An announcement when the next cohort opens.

I do not sell, rent, share, or trade your email. Ever. Not to a partner. Not to an affiliate. Not to anyone.

Who processes it on my behalf

· Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — my email service provider. They store the email address and tag and send the messages I write. Their privacy policy is here.

· Stripe — if you purchase a cohort, Stripe processes the payment. I never see or store your card. Their privacy policy is here.

· Netlify — hosts this site. Standard server logs only (IP address, browser, page viewed) for a short retention window. Their privacy policy is here.

Your rights

· Unsubscribe — every email I send has a one-click unsubscribe link. Use it any time.
· Delete — email me at hello@archuleta31.com and I will permanently delete your record within seven days.
· Export — email me and I will send you everything I have on you in plain text.

If you're in the EU or UK, these rights are guaranteed by GDPR. If you're in California, by CCPA. If you're anywhere else, I give them to you anyway because it's the right way to run an email list.

Children

This program is built for high-school athletes. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should be the one signing up. If a child under 13 has submitted information, email me and I will delete it immediately.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, I'll update the date at the top and email subscribers before the change takes effect.
